✨What's new: Auto-extract invoice details in BillPay!

Upload a vendor invoice in BillPay and ImpactGraph pulls the details for you, so you can review and send for approval in under a minute.

Submitting a bill for payment used to mean typing every invoice detail in by hand. Now, when you upload a vendor invoice in BillPay, ImpactGraph pulls the details for you.

Here's how it works:

  • Upload and extract: drop in an invoice from a vendor and we pull the invoice number, date, scheduled payment date, and amount, usually in under 30 seconds.
  • Check the source as you review: click any field and we highlight the exact spot on the invoice it came from, so you can verify before anything goes out.
  • Create new merchants on the fly: if a vendor isn't in your tenant yet, we'll set them up and email them to securely add their payment details.
  • Code it and send for approval: assign the grant, program, and category, then route it to your fiscal sponsor in a couple of clicks.

We're also working on letting vendors submit their own invoices, queued up in draft for you to review before you send.
