✨What's new: Automated budget tracking in ImpactGraph!

Track every grant budget against your ledger automatically, in the funder's own categories, so you stay compliant and never leave restricted dollars on the table.

Tracking a budget against each funding source is one of the most manual jobs we see for teams coming from QuickBooks or Excel. Funders name their categories differently than your chart of accounts, every line item carries its own compliance limit, and restricted dollars often go unspent.

We are testing automated budget tracking to handle that for you.

Here's what's new:

  • Map funder categories to your ledger: the budget shows the funder's own categories, each tied to the right accounts, so nothing gets double counted.
  • Track variance by line item: see how much is left on every category, with timelines aligned to the payment schedule, so you stay inside grant limits.
  • Share a clean report: export a funder-ready view to Excel or PDF, updated the moment you code a transaction.

This is an early feature, on by request only. We are looking for learning partners, and we will set up your first budgets for you.
